Purpose
Get maximum distribution from one piece of pillar content without writing from scratch for every platform.
Context
Brand memory, voice, positioning, and terminology are already loaded above. Apply the voice before writing anything.
Locked Language (Activate + Fund)
- Activate: a person chooses an available pre-funded act. It costs them nothing at the moment. Activate is the dominant action.
- Fund: creates capacity for future acts, once or recurring. "Fund" is an approved verb. Keep it clearly distinct from Activate.
- Never "donate" or "donation" for either action.
- Sponsors appear only as optional attribution ("Made possible by [Sponsor]") or as one funding type. Never "Companies sponsor, people activate."
- Express is NEXT and Facilitate is FUTURE. Never present them as available now.
- Never invent numbers, results, or partner names. Use supplied facts or [NEEDS INPUT].
- No em dashes.
Input Options
- Blog post or article
- Newsletter issue
- Impact report
- Activation story or case study
- Funder, partner, or participant testimonial
- Event recap
- Video transcript
Step 1: Extract the Core
From the source content, identify:
- The single most useful insight (this becomes the hook)
- 3 to 5 supporting points
- Any data, results, or specific numbers worth preserving (only if they are in the source)
- A CTA or takeaway (Activate first, Fund second)
Step 2: Atomize by Platform
- Hook post: 150 to 200 words. Strong first line that stops the scroll. Line breaks every 1 to 2 sentences. End with a question or CTA.
- Carousel script: 7 slides. Slide 1 = hook. Slides 2 to 6 = one point each. Slide 7 = CTA or summary.
X (Twitter)
- Thread: 8 to 12 posts. Post 1 = hook with a promise of value. Posts 2 to 10 = one point each, self-contained. Final post = CTA + link.
- Standalone post: under 280 characters. Punchy. Shareable.
- Caption: 100 to 150 words. Conversational. 3 to 5 relevant hashtags.
- Reel script: 60 to 90 seconds. Hook in the first 3 seconds. Educational middle. CTA in the final 5 seconds.
TikTok
- Script: 30 to 60 seconds. Pattern interrupt hook. Teach one thing well. Soft CTA.
YouTube
- Short script: 60 seconds. Same structure as TikTok with slightly more depth.
- Video title (under 60 characters, keyword-forward)
- Description (150 to 200 words, CTA in the first 2 lines)
Step 3: Quality Check
- Does every piece match the Gratitude.com voice?
- Is the hook specific and not generic?
- Does each platform version feel native, not copy-pasted?
- Is the language locked: "activate" never "donate", "fund" only for creating capacity, sponsors only as attribution or a funding type?
- Is every number traceable to the source, or marked [NEEDS INPUT]?
Step 4: Visuals
If visuals are needed, offer to create them next in this conversation: carousel slides can be delivered as slide JSON (downloadable as PowerPoint or PDF) and platform images can be generated at exact sizes with the logo applied.
Output Format
One Markdown response organized by platform, with a heading per platform.
