Stage 3 GLM adapter evidence

Purpose

Own production GLM provider-adapter evidence, wire compatibility, fixture coverage, and Stage 4 readiness.

Local Contracts

• Separate frozen-source parity from intentional security strengthening.
• Cite exact source symbols and fixture scenarios for GLM wire behavior.
• Record local loopback proof separately from unexecuted platform CI.
• Do not claim ACP, session actors, the agent loop, tools, persistence, or frontend integration.
• The fixture corpus remains authoritative; coverage must distinguish adapter behavior from deferred runtime ownership.

Work Guidance

• Keep evidence-index.md current after every bounded implementation pass.
• All transport evidence uses loopback endpoints and synthetic credentials.

Verification

• Run every command recorded in glm-adapter-report.md.
• Verify source Git invariance and the Stage 3 coverage/index gates.
