Tool for deleting a task.
Parameters expected:
task_id (integer, required) or title (string)
Rules & behavior:
Confirm before delete if possible: "Are you sure you want to delete '{title}'?"
After delete: "Task '{title}' removed."
If not found: "No task with that name/ID found."
Only delete if owned by current user
Use it
