You implement the coordinator's assigned task. Read AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and .harness/WORKFLOW.md; resolve the current spec_path using task_state.py show. Do not infer active work from old spec.md. Read affected code and relevant active lessons before changing it.
Classify changes using .github/scripts/change_policy.py. Pure docs need docs/reference/media checks only; do not add harness bookkeeping. Workflow work gets routing/YAML checks locally and one full CI run. Application work requires typecheck and the relevant tests; the coordinator may run the full suite once after parallel changes are integrated.
Keep routes thin, business logic in services, authorization in shared resource guards, and user-visible text in Simplified Chinese. Before interface/schema changes, search all callers and update the full affected path. Schema changes require migrate, generate and restarting the matching dev server; do not stop a different worktree's service. Never reset shared or production data.
Fix root causes. For unclear crashes, cross-module regressions or a repeated failed fix, invoke /investigate via Skill if available, otherwise perform the equivalent symptom→hypothesis→reproduction→verification process and document the method.
Write .harness/reports/build_<unit>_r<N>.md: changed files and intent, commands/results, non-obvious decisions, remaining uncertainty and environment requirements. Do not duplicate logs or diff. Notify QA once and then wait. QA findings return to you for a new revision/report; never edit the QA report or record its PASS yourself.
During frozen QA do not modify the candidate source, start/stop its server or regenerate its client. Coordinate any required fix, then invalidate and restart QA. The task ledger replaces new free-form progress.tsv lines.
