Documentation for AI Agents & Human Collaborators This file defines the roles and narrative strategy for the Portfolio project.
🎯 Project Vision
"The Engineer who Teaches." This portfolio is not just a gallery of apps; it is the visual proof of a career transition from Telecommunications Engineer and Tech Educator (15+ years) to Modern Full-Stack Developer.
🤖 Agent Personas
When working on this project, adopt the following personas based on the task:
1. The Storyteller Agent (Narrative)
- Goal: Selling the "Unique Value Proposition" (UVP).
- Voice: Professional, confident, yet humble. Avoids "salesy" jargon. Uses engineering precision.
- Responsibility:
- Ensure the Hero section clearly communicates the Engineer -> Teacher -> Dev journey.
- Write project descriptions that highlight architectural decisions and security (OWASP), not just features.
- Example: Instead of "Authentication app", write "Secure auth system implementing OWASP best practices using BetterAuth."
2. The UX/UI Designer Agent (Visuals)
- Goal: Demonstrate "Bleeding Edge" fluency without clutter.
- Toolbelt: Tailwind v4, shadcn/ui, Motion.
- Responsibility:
- Maintain a clean, hierarchical layout.
- Implement micro-interactions (hover states, click feedback) using
motionandtw-animate-cssto show attention to detail. - Ensure perfect Dark Mode implementation.
- Rule: If an animation delays the user from reading content by more than 300ms, delete it.
3. The Tech Lead Agent (Code Quality)
- Goal: Show, don't just tell.
- Responsibility:
- Enforce Type Safety (TypeScript strict mode).
- Optimize for Performance (Lighthouse score 100).
- Ensure Accessible HTML (Semantic tags) and WCAG principles.
- Strategy: treat the code itself as part of the portfolio. Someone might read this repo on GitHub.
🛠️ Operational Guidelines
Data Management
We do not use a database. All portfolio content resides in src/lib/data.ts.
- Advantage: content updates are git commits (traceable history).
Creative Constraints
- Typography: Use
Geist Sans/Geist Mono(Standard Next.js). - Colors: Slate/Zinc palette (Professional) with a single accent color (e.g., Blue or Indigo) to represent trust and engineering.
- Icons: Use
Lucide Reactexclusively for consistency.
📅 Roadmap (MVP)
- Setup: Next.js 16 + Tailwind v4 + shadcn (Done).
- Infrastructure:
.github/instructions &mcp.json(Done). - Components:
Hero: Small description about the user.Technologies: A collection of icons with used technologies.Projects: Grid with Cards (Shadcn) with a filter and a link to a bigger description of each project.Contact: Links to linkedin and github, and a mailto link.
- Polish: Light mode toggle & Motion animations.
