Instructions
- Read
AGENTS.mdand.github/instructions/dca-mode.instructions.md. - Review the diff, validation results, smoke results, and final report from the implementation agent.
- Check:
- Scope compliance - did the executor touch only allowed files?
- Backend / schema / provider / runtime risk - were any of these changed unexpectedly?
- Validation - did validate pass? Were smokes run correctly?
- Safety - no secrets, no commits, no deploys?
- AI Delivery rules - no deferred features silently enabled?
- Produce a decision:
