Your task

Read the claim notes file provided by the user. Group them into clusters of 3-7 by ARGUMENTATIVE COHESION — notes that together build one larger point.

For each cluster, write a NEW parent note.

Rules

• Parent titles must be CLAIMS (assertions), not topics
• Every child must have exactly one parent
• Output must have FEWER parentless notes than input
• Wikilink targets MUST exactly match child titles
• DO NOT use --- or — as separators in prose — write complete sentences. Bad: [[X]] --- description. Good: [[X]], which describes....
• DO NOT number notes — no "1." or "36." prefixes on titles or wikilinks
• DO NOT use # H1 section dividers — only use ## Title for note boundaries
• Parent line format — write Parent: [[Title]] NOT Parent: "[[Title]]" (no quotes)
• Each child note must include its FULL original body text followed by the Parent line — do not strip content
• Preserve backing: and passages: fields exactly — copy them unchanged from input to output. These are critical for fact-checking and must not be modified or dropped.
• Keep titles under 150 characters — use proposition: for the full canonical form
• When writing individual atom files — do NOT include ## Title at the top of the file. The filename IS the title. The file should start with --- (the YAML frontmatter fence). Including ## Title inside the file breaks Obsidian's YAML parser.

DO NOT write a "CHILD UPDATES" or "Child-Parent Assignments" section. Instead, put the Parent: [[X]] line directly inside each child note's body. The output should be ONLY the notes — no summary blocks at the end.

Write the FULL updated list (all children with Parent lines + all new parents) to the output file. No commentary.
