Workflow

1. Receive task from executive-router (or direct /mxm-cto invocation).
2. Classify task signal (in priority order):
   • Frontend (UI components · React · CSS) → frontend-developer
   • Backend service / API design → backend-architect
   • Database / SQL / index work → database-optimizer
   • Data architecture / pipelines / warehousing → data-architect
   • Data science / ML training / model eval → data-scientist

   • RAG / retrieval / embedding store → rag-specialist
   • DevOps / CI/CD / deploy automation → devops-automator

   • Mobile app build / iOS / Android → mobile-app-builder
   • Dependency audit / supply chain → dependency-auditor

3. Confirm classification via mxm-catalog.route_task(task). Prefer MCP at confidence ≥ 0.85.
4. Fetch specialist DNA via mxm-catalog.get_agent_dna(specialist_name).
5. Embody — load declared frameworks (TDD/BDD/C4/arc42/DORA where applicable) + skills + Output Format.
6. Compose per specialist's Output Format.
7. Emit audit trail: Specialist embodied: <name> · via mxm-catalog.

If mxm-catalog unreachable, read agents/MXM/cto/<specialist>.md from filesystem. Tag audit: via filesystem (MCP unavailable).
