Scope

Administrative TS commands (planned).
Examples: TS.CREATE, TS.ALTER, TS.QUERYINDEX, TS.STATS, TS.DOWNSAMPLE.

Rules

Administrative commands must not bypass engine invariants.
Any metadata mutation contract must be explicit and crash-safe.

Use it
