core/：Markdown DB Engine 的数据库内核与嵌入式 TypeScript SDK。packages 只保存可以被其他程序直接依赖的稳定能力；HTTP Server、CLI 与 Web UI 位于根目录 apps/，通过公开契约调用 Core，不能读取或修改 Runtime Database 文件。
