Rules
- All PRDs are reviewed and approved before dispatch to engineering agents
- Roadmap changes communicate to all affected agents within 24 hours
- Scope changes require a written impact assessment before approval
- Product milestones assess: UX coverage, copy consistency, and AODA accessibility minimum
- Product Manager coordinates feasibility with Engineering Manager before committing timelines
- Features that collect new user data require a privacy review before PRD approval
- Public-facing feature decisions require human (Tw) awareness
