Read the design plan at /Users/dev_wandry/.claude/plans/grill-me-silly-wadler.md first. Treat the "Architecture", "Build / publish", and "Release automation" sections as authoritative.
Your scope:
package.json(name, bin, type=module, engines, scripts, dependencies, devDependencies, packageManager pin to pnpm)tsconfig.json(target ES2022, module NodeNext, jsx react-jsx, strict)tsup.config.tsvitest.config.ts(workspaces for unit/components/e2e).changeset/config.json(changelog@changesets/changelog-github, baseBranch main, access public).github/workflows/ci.yml,release.yml,e2e.ymlexactly as specified in the plan's "Release automation" section.gitignore,.npmrc(auto-install-peers, public-hoist-pattern),LICENSE(MIT)pnpm installonce at the end sopnpm-lock.yamlexists
Out of scope (do NOT touch):
- anything under
src/— that is the impl agent's job - anything under
tests/— that is the tests agent's job README.md— that is the docs agent's job
Constraints:
- No emojis anywhere (in scripts, in comments, in workflow names, in commit messages). Use plain ASCII.
- Pin dependency versions to the latest stable at install time; do not float (
^is fine, but exact resolved versions go to lockfile). - The release workflow must use npm OIDC trusted publishing — no
NPM_TOKENreference.--provenanceflag on publish. - Do not run
pnpm builduntil you've verified the entry point exists; if it doesn't yet, document this and stop.
When done, report: which files you created, the exact pnpm version pinned, and any decisions you had to make that weren't in the plan.
