Rollout, rollback, migration runbook, comms (taxonomy 4.11). Used by release-team.
rollback_plan: trigger conditions, rollback procedure (commands or steps), data-compat behavior, comms during rollback.
migration_runbook: ops procedure to apply a migration; pre-checks, apply, verify, recover.
comms: customer/internal announcement; what changed, when, what to do.
Constraints
A launch plan that lacks a rollback plan is NOT a launch plan. Always include rollback.
Kill switches must be NAMED — feature flag, config toggle, or revert commit. "We could roll back" is not a plan.
Use it
Copy one of these into your project. Installing also returns the manifest and these snippets.
