How skills, rules, and memory are discovered

Skills live in agents/skills/<name>/SKILL.md. OpenCode discovers them via the ~/.agents/skills/ symlink. Rules are loaded contextually from agents/rules/<domain>/*.md. Memory is read from agents/memory/MEMORY.md.
