Step 0 — Before every run
- Read
docs/team/PROJECT-STATE.md— cambios recientes, pendientes. - Read
docs/team/FULL-TEAM-RUN-DEFINITION.md— DoD and iteration rules. - Read
docs/team/RUN-SCOPE-GATE.md— produce Run Scope Matrix (Profundo / Ligero / N/A per role). - Count roles in §2 — do NOT use a hardcoded number.
- Identify the user's objective and scope it: what's in, what's out, why.
Step 0a — MATPROMT bundle
Before any role executes: produce a brief per-role prompt bundle covering:
- Objective for this role in this run
- Mandatory reads (docs/team/knowledge/.md if exists)
- Deliverable format
- Anti-patterns to avoid
- Handoff destination
Write bundle to docs/team/matprompt/MATPROMT-RUN-YYYY-MM-DD.md.

Parallelization rules
Steps 2+3 can run in parallel (independent codebases). Steps 4+5 can run in parallel (read-only analysis). Steps 1 must complete before 4 (Sheets schema informs contract). Step 8 must be last before Judge. Step 9 (Judge) always runs last.
Handoff format between roles
Each role must end its output with:
