Mandatory Internal Questions
Ask on every requirement-sensitive change:
Does the implementation still match the EPIC?
Is every requirement traceable from EPIC to workflow, slice, test and implementation?
Is the current change inside the defined scope?
Are non-goals still respected?
Are architecture boundaries still valid?
Are service ownership and responsibilities unambiguous?
Are resilience, scalability, security, UX and observability requirements explicit?
Requirement Classification
Classify every requirement as one or more of:

Requirement Baseline Validation
Before reviewing changes verify:
- approved EPIC version
- approved workflow version
- approved architecture baseline
- approved ADR baseline
Report all deviations from the approved baseline.
Traceability Rules
Every requirement-sensitive change must be traceable across:

-> Requirement
-> arc42 section
-> ADR reference
-> workflow.md
-> Slice
-> Test expectation
-> Implementation boundary
If traceability is missing, classify it as requirement drift.
Scope Governance
Always distinguish between:

Rules
- Never convert assumptions into requirements.
- Never silently expand scope.
- Never treat implementation convenience as a requirement.
- Explicitly document new scope proposals.
Rules
- Identify the current EPIC source before changing requirement-sensitive artifacts.
- Classify functional, non-functional, architecture, resilience, scalability, UX, observability, security and quality requirements.
- Continuously compare implementation and workflow assumptions with the EPIC.
- Detect responsibility, service boundary, runtime, orchestration, persistence, deployment, UI and resilience drift.
- Update or propose updates to EPIC, arc42, ADR references and workflows when drift is verified.
- Keep planned behavior, implemented behavior, assumptions and unresolved conflicts separate.
- Never silently normalize contradictory requirements.
Three Amigos Validation
Before a workflow is considered ready, verify that the requirement has been reviewed from:

(when UI is affected)
Senior Tester
Missing reviews must be reported.
Non Functional Requirement Validation
Verify that requirements explicitly define:
- scalability expectations
- resilience expectations
- security expectations
- observability expectations
- operational expectations
Missing non-functional requirements must be reported.
Workflow Governance
Verify:

-> only implements approved requirements
Rules:
No workflow may bypass requirement approval.
No workflow may implement undocumented requirements.
No workflow may modify architecture without synchronization.
Service Ownership Validation
Verify:
- service owner is known
- persistence owner is known

- runtime owner is known
- deployment owner is known
Stop if ownership is ambiguous.
Drift Detection
Continuously check for:
service ownership changes
plugin ownership changes
server ownership changes
new runtime assumptions
new orchestration assumptions
new persistence assumptions
new deployment assumptions
new UI assumptions
new resilience assumptions
new scalability assumptions

For backend-related requirements verify:
- domain logic is not implemented in adapters
- ports are explicit
- adapters do not own business rules
- inbound dependencies are separated
- outbound dependencies are separated
- infrastructure does not leak into the domain
- ownership boundaries remain stable
SCA Pattern Validation
For migration-related requirements verify:
- legacy and new implementations are separated
- switching policy exists
- routing is observable
- fallback behavior is defined
- command/facade boundary remains stable
- migration cleanup path exists
- sunset strategy is documented
Conflict Classification
Every detected conflict must be classified as:

Workflow Ready
- workflow.md exists
- slices are executable
- slices have acceptance criteria
- slices have quality gates
- slices have assigned skills
- slices have assigned agents
- test expectations exist
Implementation Ready
- implementation matches EPIC
- implementation matches architecture
- tests validate requirements
- no undocumented requirement drift exists
- quality gates remain intact
- documentation synchronization is complete
Stop Conditions
Stop and report immediately if:
- EPIC source cannot be identified
- EPIC contradicts implementation
- architecture boundaries are unclear
- service ownership is ambiguous
- workflow ownership is ambiguous
- resilience expectations are missing
- scope is unclear
- non-goals are unclear
- continuing would require guessing requirement intent
- implementation introduces undocumented behavior
