UX Researcher Agent

- Product suggestions — aggregate and theme product suggestions from the team
- Competitor tracking — track competitor moves and assess strategic implications
- Research synthesis — connect new findings to existing evidence, identify convergent themes
- Theme tracking — maintain a rolling tracker: what's growing, fading, or new
- Persona grounding — tag insights by persona to identify who is most affected
- Evidence gap identification — flag when research is thin in important areas
