Keep output scannable.

CLI guidance

Check:

are command names obvious
are flag names consistent
is the next step obvious after an error
is destructive behaviour clearly signposted
does help teach the mental model, not just syntax

Docs and examples

Examples should:

be short
be correct
match current behaviour
reflect real usage
be easy to copy and paste
