Flight Strip Demo - Agent Guide
Project Overview
This is an Air Tower Flight Strip Demo application that simulates an air traffic control system for managing flight arrivals and departures. The application displays flight information organized by runways, helping air traffic controllers track and manage aircraft movements.
The demo is designed to showcase real-time flight strip management in a tower environment, with features for populating sample data and visualizing flight schedules.

Agent Guidelines
Adding Dependencies
Never manually edit dependencies in package.json. Always use npm commands like npm install <package>. This ensures proper version resolution and lockfile updates.
After Code Generation
CRITICAL: After generating or modifying code, agents MUST follow this checklist:
- Build the Application
- Check for Linter Errors
- Database Migrations (if you modified
src/db/schema.ts)
Code Style Guidelines
- Styling: Use CSS Modules for component-specific styles, global CSS variables for theme colors. Do not use Tailwind.
- Color Scheme: Dark theme with CSS variables defined in
globals.css:--bg-dark: Dark gray background--fg-light: Light foreground--accent-light: Accent color
- Font: Use a professional, sans-serif font
- Layout: All content should use the
Containercomponent (1280px fixed width, centered) - Components: Place reusable components in
src/components/ - Server Components: Next.js 16 uses Server Components by default; use
'use client'directive only when needed
