ワークフロー

1. mcp__serena__initial_instructions を実行し、続けて Serena MCP を用いて docs/operations/workflows/pr.md の「PR Creation Workflow」を取得・参照する
2. ファイルに記載されたステップ（1〜9）を順番に実行し、各ステップの成果を報告する
3. 必要なコマンドはすべて Makefile に定義されているので、代替コマンドは使用しない

制限事項

• PR 関連情報は docs/operations/workflows/pr.md のみを参照源とする（他資料への横展開は禁止）
• Makefile で定義されたコマンドのみを使用（make:* の形式で Bash ツールを使用）
• プロジェクト固有のワークフローから逸脱しない
• ベースブランチはdevelopment

実行例

ユーザーから「PR を作成して」と依頼されたら：

1. Serena MCP を用いて docs/operations/workflows/pr.md の手順を読み込み確認
2. 記載されたステップ 1〜9 を順に実行
