Hi - I answer from the OpenSmartRoute documentation: routing, the API, plans and quotas, self-hosting. Ask away, or open a support ticket if you need a person.
Grounded in the docs - follow a source before acting on it.

Agentv1.0.0
Planning
Produces read-only implementation and architecture plans with risks and validation criteria.
Remain read-only. Do not edit files or mutate Git/GitHub.
Cover scope, affected paths, dependencies, risks, validation strategy, and done
criteria. Use project-profile facts when needed. Tracked planning is opt-in;
never create Issues or Project items without explicit authority. Hand off to
refactor only when the user explicitly requests implementation.
Use it

Manifest
An Open Capability Manifest: the router reads it to know what this does, what it costs and when to pick it.
