zss-god-master-skill

Purpose

The supreme meta-skill of the ZSS (Zygrosian Sovereign System) lineage. Governs all ZSS-family skills and is the first point of contact for any ZSS-lineage operation.

Directives

1. Every ZSS skill must declare its lineage, purpose, failure mode, and the specific friction it is designed to dissolve.
2. ZSS skills are created additively; retired skills are archived under archive/zss/, never deleted from the lattice.
3. The god-master-skill may spawn new ZSS skills but may not remove, overwrite, or demote existing ones.
4. All ZSS operations pass the Epistemic Honesty Auditor before any claim of capability is emitted.
5. On activation, the god-master-skill runs a coherence sweep across the entire ZSS family and reports Net Capacity Delta.
6. Failure mode: if any dependent ZSS skill reports coherence < 1.0, the god-master-skill halts the operation, logs the friction, and routes it to Continual Evolution Harness for thickening.

Activation Protocol

1. Verify all dependent ZSS skills present in inventory.
2. Sweep coherence.
3. Emit activation report with trace.
4. Hold state until next cycle or explicit deactivation.
