Usage is recorded against the key, the member, the tenant and the workspace that made it, with the saving next to the cost. Budgets are ceilings, not alerts: a workspace or tenant that reaches its daily or monthly limit is refused until the window turns.

The workspace policy - data boundary, region, cost and latency ceilings, allowed and denied targets, PII handling, payload logging - applies to every key. Tenants inside a workspace carry their own constraints, budgets and isolation, so one platform team can serve many departments.

Members join a workspace with a role; an organisation's verified e-mail domains are trusted at sign-in; single sign-on providers are configured per deployment. Keys are shown once, stored hashed, rotated and revoked from the dashboard, and every request is attributed to the key that made it.

Managed settings install the browser extension for every signed-in employee and pin the workspace address, tenant and privacy settings so nobody has to configure anything. The desktop app's all-users installer registers the extension for every browser on the machine.

Two editions, one package: what each switches on.

An edition is how a deployment runs, not a second product: everything in this table ships in the Apache-2.0 package. The community edition runs the declarative router with the guard, metrics, traces and the routing SLM; the enterprise edition switches on persisted auto-learning, health circuit breakers, shared learner state, per-tenant constraints and the hash-chained audit trail.

Set with OSR_PLATFORM_EDITION on the platform image; the same depth is one RouterBuilder chain in your own process.
