Intergrax — test process budget
When running tests or proofs locally or in agent sessions:
Prefer oneuv run pytest … (or one uv run ruff …) per verification step.
Do not launch dozens of parallel uv run, python -m pytest, or background pytest workers unless CI explicitly requires it and the operator approved resource use.
Do not open many simultaneous shell sessions each running uv — reuse one terminal / one process.
For multi-file checks, pass multiple paths to a single pytest command instead of N separate invocations.
Rationale: mass parallel uv/python on Windows dev machines causes memory leaks, swap thrashing, and full OS freezes.
