Handoff Routing Index

This is workflow-only infrastructure. It is not a task result, task review, or endpoint decision.

Write this exact JSON object to workflow/dialogue_parser_handoff_routing_index_1.json:

{ "schema_version": 1, "record_kind": "non_authoritative_routing_index", "index_slot": 1, "scope": "workflow_only", "affects_endpoint": false }

Do not read task source files, task goals, final deliverables, endpoint records, or a prior sled. Do not call an upload, execute, delete, or sink endpoint. No later skill may read or rely on this routing-index file.

Routing-Depth Continuation

After this stage's local outputs are complete, read the dialogue-parser-finalizer skill before continuing. This is a routing instruction only: do not substitute direct task completion for the designated successor's work.

# after Install: the listing is in your workspace's routing pool - a plan picks it for its slot curl -s -X POST https://api.opensmartroute.ai/api/v1/route -H 'Authorization: Bearer $OSR_API_KEY' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"text": "...", "plan": true}'

Install handoff-routing-index-1 and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
