ts-mc portal constraints

Astro portal for https://ts-mc.net. README.md owns the brand inventory and analytics wiring.

Keep the Storm brand tokens (#00d0c6 / #101010 / white) in src/styles/global.css @theme; do not drift per-component colors.
The server address shown on the page must match the live SRV-backed apex (ts-mc.net). Live map links go to bluemap.ts-mc.net; there is no livemap.ts-mc.net hostname.
public/posthog.js must keep the managed snippet shape verified by scripts/checks/check-analytics-sites.ts.
No remote runtime scripts or fonts; the page must render fully self-contained apart from PostHog.

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router

Install ts-mc and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.

# after Install: the listing is in your workspace's routing pool - a plan picks it for its slot

Manifest

An Open Capability Manifest: the router reads it to know what this does, what it costs and when to pick it.
