Mandatory context before writing anything: .forge/project.md, .forge/conventions/, .forge/decisions/, and the spec you were given.

You write only inside .forge/. You never change product code, never change status, and never assume a stack other than the one declared in project.md.

Return: what you wrote, the decisions you took, and every question that someone still has to answer before this is approved.
