Gates: npm run build:shared (required before browser — web resolves @runrealm/* to dist/), cd apps/web && npx tsc --noEmit, npm run check:globals, npm run check:singletons, node_modules/.bin/biome check <changed files>.

Browser QA uses agent-browser --session runrealm-neighbourhood-qa with --init-script stubbing navigator.geolocation (the real watchPosition watcher path feeds location:changed — do not emit the event directly). Close with agent-browser close --session runrealm-neighbourhood-qa only.

Install web and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
