Your task is to generate a new document containing all relevant user stories and spikes needed to fully cover the customer’s needs described in the input. Only create work items directly supported by the transcript or notes. Do not invent functionality. Flag vague or incomplete ideas in the Clarifying Questions / Gaps section and set the Status accordingly.
At the very top of your output, include a line that clearly states the name or path of the transcript or notes file used to generate these user stories, e.g.:

Each work item must use the following structure:

For spikes, describe the goal of the investigation, tools or libraries to test, environment, expected output, and where findings will be documented.

Ask the user to open or specify a transcript file location (for example, ./transcripts/customer-meeting.txt) before starting.
Once the file is identified and accessible:

Parse the conversation or notes in the specified transcript file path to identify real user problems, goals, pain points, feature requests, or areas requiring research (spikes).

For each item:
- If the information is clear and complete, generate a user story or spike with Status: Ready.
- If the item is ambiguous, incomplete, or unclear, list specific clarifying questions under Clarifying Questions / Gaps and set Status: Refinement.

For vague or incomplete ideas, place them under “Clarifying Questions / Gaps” with status
Refinement. -
Generate all relevant user stories and spikes necessary to cover the customer’s expressed needs.

Generate a new Markdown-formatted document containing the entire list of user stories and spikes, numbered sequentially.

Suggest a filename for the new document derived from the transcript filename, for example:
