Execute the active task list following TDD.

Read openwolf spec status for the active spec, phase, and current task.
Open specs/<id>/tasks.md and start at the first unchecked task.
For each task, follow TDD in order:
- Test tasks (T100-T199): write the failing test first — verify it fails (red).
- Implementation tasks (T200-T299): write the minimal code to pass (green).
- Polish/refactor (T400+): improve only while tests stay green.
After a task passes, check its box in tasks.md (- [x] T###) and run openwolf spec next to advance.
When every task is checked, run openwolf spec complete.
Update .wolf/STATUS.md (move the work to ✅ Done) and append a line to .wolf/memory.md.

Guardrails:

Never write implementation before its test fails.
Commit after each task completion.
Report blockers with the task number (e.g. "T203 blocked by …").

Use it

Copy one of these into your project. Installing also returns the manifest and these snippets.

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router

Install implement and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
